Refunds: Except as stated in your service agreement, payments are non-refundable.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information needed to plan and execute the event.
Comply with all venue rules, vendor contracts, and applicable laws.
Obtain and maintain any necessary permits or authorizations for their event (if applicable).
4. Vendor Relationships
We may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors (such as florists, caterers, photographers, or venues). While we work only with trusted professionals, we are not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of third-party vendors.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Client Cancellations: If you cancel your event or services, any refunds or credits will follow the terms outlined in your service agreement.
Company Cancellations: In the rare event that we must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding work already completed.
Event Changes: Significant changes to event details (such as date, venue, or size) may require a revised agreement and additional fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take every effort to ensure your event is a success, Horizon Premier Wedding & Event Co. is not liable for:
-Acts of nature, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
-Delays, cancellations, or failures caused by third-party vendors.
-Personal injury, property damage, or financial losses resulting from your event, except where caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
-Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for services under your contract.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and designs, are owned by or licensed to Horizon Primier Wedding & Event Co. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Suffolk, Virginia.
